March 12, 2009 - Our website has undergone a major redesign. We've updated and restructured our content so that the information you need is easier to find and view.

We've added video testimonials from actual OPTIFAST clients, and have also installed a new message board (forum). If you have questions for which you find no answers in our site, posting them in the forum will help us identify and address those questions in future site updates.
